I received a Tax Notice. But my mortgage company is supposed to pay my taxes. What should I do now?
Salt Lake County is required to mail a Tax Notice to the property owner.
If a mortgage company has requested your property tax information, the Tax Notice you receive will be a "Duplicate Tax Notice".
Contact your mortgage company as soon as possible if you received an "Original Tax Notice" which should have gone to a mortgage company.
