The Treasurer's Office mails the Tax Notice to the owner of record unless a mortgage company requests the Original Tax Notice.
A mortgage company or financial institution may not have updated their records after a sale, refinance or mortgage payoff resulting in the Original Tax Notice being sent to their attention.
You may pay the property tax using the request for change of address/remittance advice from the Duplicate Tax Notice.
