Relief eligibility is based upon household income. Therefore every member of the household who receives an income (taxable or non-taxable) must have their income included in the application.
Examples of income to be included would be: wages, Social Security, disability income, pensions, dividend and interest income, IRA distributions, welfare (cash assistance), unemployment compensation, etc.
