I have boarders (non-family renters) who rent a portion of my home. Do I count their income with mine, or do I only include what they paid in rent?
If you rent a portion of your home to boarders, then the rent paid by them would be included in your income calculation and that portion (percent) of the home rented would be ineligible for the calculation of relief.
